ABOUT ME
Following a successful but unfulfilling career as a commercial barrister in London I decided to change course completely and found myself drawn to retraining in physical therapy. Not being able to shake off my critical reasoning "hat" however I soon became disillusioned with the limitations of traditional manual therapy and biomechanical approaches that ignored the role of the brain and neurology. I therefore set about learning from the best in the field and training in therapies based on applied clinical neuroscience, neurochemistry and functional neurology.

This has led to many years of fascination and passion for neurology. I am constantly learning and improving my clinical skills culminating in several qualifications from and ongoing studies with the world renowned Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies in Clinical Neuroscience giving me a strong foundation in how to leverage neurology to resolve pain and movement issues and improve performance overall.

I always strive to be a better and more efficient therapist for my clients and will always be looking at cutting edge approaches to improve my clinical skills. To that end I am also a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain and the International Movement Disorder Society to ensure I remain on top of developments.
